Stina Klasson



Dr. Stina Klasson studied medicine at Lund University and has been a licensed physician since 1998. Through a specialist education in orthopaedics, Stina received her plastic surgery education at Skånes University Hospital and received her specialist certificate in 2007.
Stina received her PhD in 2016 in the subject of breast reconstruction after breast cancer and since 2025 she is an associate professor at Lund University.
Until 2025, Stina worked as chief physician at Skånes University Hospital in Malmö/Lund, focusing on the face and microsurgery.
Since spring 2025, Stina works as chief physician at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, focusing on reconstruction of face, chest and other body parts with microsurgery.
Stina is passionate above all about facial-related surgery and achieving natural results.
Dr. Stina Klasson is a member of several professional organizations, including the Swedish Medical Association, the Swedish Association of Plastic Surgery (SPKF) and the Swedish Association for Reconstructive Microsurgery (SFRM).
